I just got an email from xsite pro asking me to do an Xsite pro review of their product for them so I thought to myself. Hey since it is such an excellent product I would go ahead and write one up. First of all a little history on me. I have been online for a couple of years now trying to scratch a living out of internet marketing, mostly adsense based sites. I got sold on it from all of the guys pushing how great of a program adsense is. While it is good I find that things are much better with affiliate sales.
During my time of trial and error I tried and bought many many web site builders. Lets see, I bought and tried Website Article Wizard at $197 from Mike Watson, Hyper Vre Gold at I believe $98 from Matt Callen, Thematic Silo Site builder at $147 from hmm I can't even remember his name, Project Green Button from the guys at PLR Pro at what is it now, coming up on $147 dollars a month now, Article site power kit pro from the software gold club, article site builder also from the guys at plr pro. WYSIWYg builder 5, Dreamweaver, you see where I'm going with this. I have tried tons of software for building sites. So I think that I am kind of an authority when it comes to site building programs in this Genre of them anyhow.
I built lots of sites using these programs and the one thing that always bothered me about them was their lack of intuitiveness and user friendliness. I kept finding myself wanting more out of a software program. the thing that I desired most from a site building software program was the ease of adding extra content. Most of these automated site builders, are made to simply put up a site and forget it. At least that's what it seems like to me, because it's too much of a pain in the behind to ever add extra pages to them. So after all of this money spent, and quite frankly wasted, I ran into XsitePro Website design software. To be honest I was kind of skeptical at first, but a good friend of mine convinced me of it so I gave it a try. I wish I would've made that decision a long time ago as it would've saved me a bundle. Here is a screen shot to give you a picture of the startup page. Look at it closely and you can see how simple the layout is.
The project start is very simple and it allows you to add in all of your your main site details to start or you can fill them out later. The program gives you complete control of how your site looks and feels. All you do is create a project, then go to add a website. You will then be given a choice of whether you wish to use a template or start from a blank sheet. You have total control. I normally choose to start of with a blank as I like to make my sites original, they do have a lot of high quality templates that you can select from though if you are not comfortable with creating your own.
It gives you total control of how your site is going to be structured and they provide a step by step tutorial that you can follow when you are first starting out. I found this option very valuable as it walked me through the creation of a website in real time.
The thing I really like about it best is that when the site is completed, with the fully functional ftp feature built into XsitePro Website design software you can modify and change your website on a whim and in minutes. If you discover a keyword that people are using to find your site and you are not completely optimized for it you can add a page for that specific keyword, upload it and it is all configured into your site automatically. It is almost as easy as wordpress to add content, It is far easier than wordpress to modify your own templates.
If you are looking for a website builder that does what it says on the box, you will not find a better more user friendly program than xsite pro. I am no coder and I am no pro designer but I can make a site that looks great to the eyes and that the search engines love with ease. Don't waste your money like I did, if you are serious about building quality websites with ease and simplicity then you will not go wrong on your purchase of xsite pro. I would have been a lot better off if I would have started out with this program, but for some reason I kept shying away from it. Don't make the mistake of doing the same thing I did.
